Incident 27/2003
On Saturday morning, 15^th March, at 11:42 Hrs LAS contacted the Team for assistance and then at 11:45 Hrs GMAS contacted the Team, luckily for the same incident in the Rivington Pike area. The casualty was quickly located by MRT members and found to be a 11 year old female with a suspected fractured right arm. So after assessment she was carried off the hill in the Bell mountain rescue stretcher to a Mountain Rescue Landrover Ambulance, which then evacuated the casualty through the Terraced Gardens at Rivington to a waiting LAS ambulance.
