At 20:17, GMAS paged the team regarding an incident where a child had fallen off a rope swing in Edgworth. 25 team members responded to this incident, and our first members were on scene by 20:33 – however, we were stood down a few minutes later – just as the first team vehicle had arrived. A fire service crew from Bolton North had brought the casualty, with injuries to their wrist and ankle, to the roadhead.
