Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

2nd May 2004

This time the Gannet Foundation have very kindly granted the Team £1520, Mark Dooley, Fundraising Officer, applied for funding for some more communication equipment. This grant will allow every Team member to have a radio handset, making us the most comprehensively equipped High Band radio MRT in England & Wales.

So for the record the Bolton Evening News came over and took a picture of Mark Dooley, the man who got the money, Dave Healey (Radio Officer), the man who’ll spend it & Garry Rhodes (Team Leader), the man who still gets confused by the equipment.

An article of this story was published in the Bolton Evening News and is available here.
