Early afternoon call from LAS, saw the Team responding to a moorland RTA between a car and a motorcyclist. The motorcyclist was apparently seriously injured, with the car occupants uninjured. The 40 year old male biker was treated for suspected chest & leg injuries, by Team members and LAS Paramedics. LAS transported the biker to Royal Bolton Hospital. We later learnt he had been very lucky and only suffered a fractured ankle and internal bruising.
