Following reports of a missing 4 year old child in the Tottington area, GMP commenced a search operation, including their Air Support Unit helicopter, which besides searching, also conducted a skyshout appeal.

At 15:05 our Team Leader was asked by GMP to deploy the team as soon as possible to Tottington, to join the search effort. Three team vehicles and their crews were responding, (they were already out in the team area), including the collection of our Control Trailer from BFS Base, when the happy news came through that the child had been safely located, and we were therefore stood down. (A full team call out page was about to be made at this point.)
