Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

5th December 2010

Today team members were invited to attend a service at Rivington Unitarian Chapel during which we were also asked to give a short presentation about the work of the team.

In total six call out list members attended including our Chairman Ken Oakes and Training Officer Elaine Gilliland, one of our trainee members and five of our Probationary Team members.

The presentation on the team took place during an interval in the service, with long serving experienced team member Chris Tennant explaining to the interested congregation the role and the work of the team.

At the end of the service the team were kindly presented with a cheque for £50 from the Unitarian Congragation of Rivington Chapel.

The whole team membership would to extend its thanks to The Unitarian Chapel at Rivington for its support of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
