Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

16th August 2013

On 12th July 2013 we received an entry on our website ‘Guestbook’ section from Mr Jonathan Wall, stating “Thanks to the Road Cyclist who lent me an inner tube at the top of Rivington last night after a double puncture and only one spare! A true rescue, donation made separately.”

Today via the Charities Aid Foundation we received a kind donation of £9.49p from Jonathan Wall of Leyland, who informed us that the kindly cyclist who had helped him had suggested a donation to Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, by way of thanks.

So firstly thanks to Jonathan Wall for his kind donation, and secondly thanks to the cyclist who helped Jonathan for making the thoughtful suggestion that a donation be made to us.
