Today we received thirty four individual donations all made in the memory of the late Mr Kenneth Leigh, who sadly passed away on Friday 15th April 2011 whilst in hospital.

Mr Kenneth Leigh of Little Lever, Bolton, died aged 86 years old and is survived by his wife, Mrs Jean Leigh.

His funeral service took place at St. Matthew’s Church, Little Lever on Wednesday April 27th 2011, followed by the committal service at the West Chapel, Overdale, Bolton.

It was requested at the funeral that it be family flowers only, with donations if desired to either Bolton Mountain Rescue Team or the R.N.L.I.

In total the team has received donations in the memory of the late Mr Kenneth Leigh totaling a very kind and thoughtful £465.00.

The whole team membership expresses its sincere condolences to Mrs Jean Leigh, family members and friends of the late Mr Kenneth Leigh.
