In similar circumstances to the previous incident, the team was again contacted for its help to NWAS (GMA), this time around 15.03hrs, to respond to an RTC involving a 20 year old female moped driver who had sustained arm and leg injuries in an accident in the Hag Fold area of Atherton, Wigan.

The team Landrover Ambulance that responded to this incident, as per Incident 95, also had on board another Doctor, who was similarly out with the team to find out what we do.

On scene, our Landrover crew met up with a responding NWAS (GMA) Rapid Response vehicle and a GMP Traffic Division Officer.

After on scene treatment the casualty was transported to Royal Bolton Hospital in the responding team vehicle.
