At 13:23 Hrs, following reports of a car crashing through a fence on a moorland road in Belmont, two team vehicles with five personnel responded along with Lancashire Police, three LAS ambulances and Helimed 08. We were stood down, when the police who arrived first on scene discovered a set of tyre tracks going through a fence but no vehicles or occupants were to be seen. All other resources including Helimed which had also arrived at the location were also stood down.
