At 18:05, whilst the all our resources were deployed on the previous incident, GMAS requested the Team’s assistance, with a golfer injured on Regent Park Golf Course, Bolton, who was in a potentially difficult location to reach. A landrover and crew were immediately despatched from the search location whilst a small number of “home-based” team members (who had earlier returned from the search), responded direct. Our first member was on scene within 15 minutes to liaise with the on-site GMAS crews. In the event, the casualty could be accessed by GMAS, and the team was stood down at 18:40.
