Whilst on Standby for GMAS, Lancashire Ambulance paged the Team for assistance with a semi-concious woman after a sledging accident in the Tockholes area area. We were able to make an immediate response from our Fire Station location, of 1 Landrover ambulance, and from our Ladybridge Hall base of two Landrover Ambulances. The Team was Stood Down Responding as a LAS vehicle had managed to get the scene and the female had been helped to the roadhead by friends.
