Whilst involved in a major moorland firefighting exercise with GMCFS, near Belmont, the team was called to assist at a nearby incident, involving a 58 years old man who had sustained a very serious leg fracture whilst out walking. The team took over from an on-scene passerby/first aider, and went on to assist the GMAS crew involved.
