Lancashire Ambulance Service paged the team at 13:25, regarding an incident in the Rivington Pike area where a lady had fallen and injured her leg. The team assisted the crew of the North West Air Ambulance in carrying the casualty (who had suffered a suspected dislocation of the knee) to their helicopter.
