At 18:00 Hrs Lancashire Police requested Bolton MRT & Bowland Pennine MRT to search a moorland area, for the person behind some shouts for help. Search Dog Chi was involved with approx 55 MR personnel, together with the LanCon helicopter Oscar November 99. Searching took place over the next 6 hours and was eventually called off, just before 23.00 Hrs as a False Alarm Good Intentions. We could now go home to the ones we loved, as it was Valentines Day & the various messages re where the dinner was, in the dog or in the bin etc.
